Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy. These will be added to your shopping basket. You can check the basket at any time and we provide a running total facility (see above) on each page prior to 'Checking Out'. When you have finished making your selection, follow the on screen directions. We accept credit card payments with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Solo Debit.


Shipping and Handling


Postage costs are escalating! Wherever possible, we will use the most economic method to get the goods to you in the shortest possible time. Royal Mail recorded delivery will be used for items under 1000gm and Parcelforce Guaranteed Deilvery for heavier goods. Postal costs are as follows :
  • For heavier items (actual or volumetric), which have to be posted by carriers such as PARCELFORCE, postal surcharges will apply. Delivery to Northern Ireland, all Islands and Scottish Highlands will be charged at the carriers cost price; ring for a quotation.
  • Certain items such as special offers, wheels, frames, trainers, which have their own postal rates built into the programme, will also usually carry an extra surcharge. We will endeavour to use the most cost-effective method to get orders to you.

Postal Costs


If you order incorrectly, postal costs are non-refundable. If we have sent the goods incorrectly, we will exchange, and refund your return postage.

Returned Goods


If for any reason you need to make a return, e-mail us at sales@surosa.co.uk We will issue a returns note number, along with a forwarding address. In all cases any returns must be sent by a recorded type carrier. This will protect you and your purchase. We operate a 14 day returns policy, after which time only goods deemed to be faulty will be accepted for return. Items on clearance or special offer will not be accepted for return other than faulty. Any returns should be accompanied by either the original, or a copy of the original paperwork. Certain returns may be subject to a restocking fee of 10%. Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, up to 7 days from receipt.

Note :
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this, please e-mail us or write to us.
  • If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You are responsible for the risk of loss or damage when you return goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. (Please try to include all original packaging with the returned item).
  • If you fail to return the goods, we will arrange collection of the goods at your expense, if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration we will charge you for the reduction in value.
  • This cancellation does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or described incorrectly.

Delivery At Surosa Cycles


We pride ourselves on having good stock levels, and we only advertise what we have available ourselves or from the licensed distributors, so delivery is usually prompt and should arrive within 3-7 working days. There will however be times such as peak periods of demand when we either run out or have imminent supplies coming in, so please allow up to 14 days. When an item is out of stock, we will back order it for you, and will e-mail you with an expected delivery date and the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait.

Export Customers
We currently do not offer export sales through our web site. If you wish to place an order for delivery overseas, please contact us on : 00 44 161 624 8260.

For all customers outside the EEC, VAT free sales apply. We normally use the Royal Mail's INTERNATIONAL RECORDED or INTERNATIONAL REGISTERED for smaller items or PARCELFORCE INTERNATIONAL STANDARD SERVICE for heavier items, which gives delivery in 3 - 8 working days, depending on country. For an accurate costing on any item, we recommend that you contact us at sales@surosa.co.uk or telephone on 00 44 161 624 8260 PRIOR to ordering.

Credit Card Security
Our site uses an encrypted software system, and orders are only decyphered after they reach our computer. Credit card payments are taken directly by Protx and no details are transmitted to ourselves. We know of no cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system.

On mail order transactions, a new service has been introduced to protect you. In the enter card details section, there is a new line which asks for the Card Security Code. This feature will further guard you against the rising incident of credit card crime and is mandatory field. On Visa/Mastercard's, this number is the last three digits on the signature strip on the rear of the card.
